Salt explains the reason behind the loss of their match

The Tigers won a dream victory against T20 world champion England by playing well in batting and bowling. Batting first, England collected 156 runs at Zahoor Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong. The Tigers lost 4 wickets and reached the target with two overs in hand.
After losing the match, English batter Salt said that the match turned around with Shanto’s bat. In the post-match press conference, opener Salt said, ‘We know, we could have finished the innings better. Losing two wickets in a row in T20 always hurts. After that, the game is very difficult for the two new batters. But that’s part of the game. On another day we might have finished with 180 runs. That didn’t happen today.’
Salt thinks Shanto’s bat turned the match around, “He played very well in the run chase. I think that’s when the match turned. Their openers also got off to a good start. The middle overs have also been good. Whoever came in saw boundaries regularly at the start of the over. Singles-doubles are also good. I think they are now sitting in the dressing room thinking, in such conditions, this is the perfect run chase, which they want.”
Salt claims that it is very difficult to play without knowing the conditions of Bangladesh in advance, “Of course, the beginning was slow. Later on, we felt the speed increase a lot during our bowling. And they used that speed very well. They also used their condition. It is difficult to play here without understanding the conditions.”
