The Pakistan Cricket Boa🅰rd (PCB) has announced two separate selection committees for the Pakistan national cricket team and the Under-19 team. Former wicketkeeper-batsman Kamran Akmal is in both committe🌄es.

Apart from Kamran Akmal, pacer Mohammad Sami and opening batsman Yasir Hamid have been included in the national team selection. Harun Rashid is the chairman 🐻of the committee.

Kamran Akmal has been given an additional responsibility on h🌸is shoulders even though the national team is in the election. The former wicketkeeper-batsman has been kept in the post of chairmꦓan of the Under-19 team election. There are also Tausif Ahmed, Arshad Khan, Shahid Nazir, and Shoaib Khan.

The committee was announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Wednesday. Cricket Pakistan hasꦬ also confirmed this.

Pcb chairman Najam Sethi said that the selection committee should be made up of people who have served Pakist🍎an cricket for decades. They know the need for modern sports. I am sure the selection of the team will be on merit and will help us in our mission to take Pakistan cricket to new heights.

Lahore-born Akmal has played 268 international matches, Karachi-born Mohammad Sami 13💦6, and Peshawar-born Yasir Hameed has played 81 international matches for Pakistan.
